Translation services
Text translation
Text translation is the main field of our activity. We offer translation services to and from all European languages and some Asian languages. We accept orders for the translation of texts from various fields: law, economy, technology, IT, medicine etc.
Texts can be sent to us via electronic mail, by traditional post, by courier mail or they can be delivered in person. Translated texts are sent to the Customer via e-mail, fax, or provided in printed form or as files saved on a CD or a different medium, depending on the request of the Customer.
We accept orders for standard and specialist translations in one of the following modes:
- ordinary mode – up to 6 standard pages per day,
- express mode – from 6 to 10 standard pages per day,
- super-express mode – more than 10 standard pages per day and translation delivered on the day of submitting an order.
What makes us different?
- We accept files in most available formats without extra fees. We try to keep the original graphic layout.
- Duration of order realisation is calculated from the moment we receive a text to translate rather than the next day, as in case of other agencies.
- Texts are translated by qualified translators and later verified in terms of style, register, contents and graphic layout, which ensures highest quality of our services.
- Confidentiality of information is another priority for us. We have signed confidentiality agreements with our translators.
- In case of regular cooperation, our customers may be sure that their orders will be realised by one translator, dedicated for this customer. This helps achieve better quality thanks to uniform style and terminology.
Interpretation
We also offer interpreting services during conferences, business meetings and negotiations. The range of services includes consecutive and simultaneous interpreting performed by experienced interpreters fluent in the topics discussed. If necessary, we may also offer our customers specialist interpreting equipment for rental.
Modes of interpreting:
- consecutive interpreting – e.g. during courses, business meetings, negotiations; an interpreter renders the speaker’s statements each time after several sentences;
- simultaneous interpreting – e.g. at conferences, congresses; interpreting with the use of specialist equipment and in a special booth; interpreting the speaker’s message while they are continuously speaking;
- whispered interpreting – kind of simultaneous interpreting for one person or a small group, translating into the listener’s ear, without any special equipment;
- interpretation by sworn translators – e.g. when signing a notarial deed, at the meeting of shareholders, in official institutions; interpreting by sworn translators having the licence from the Ministry of Justice;
Certified translations
We also offer certified translations by sworn translators. Such services include translation of official documents of various kinds. A standard page for certified translation is 1125 characters including spaces and each new page started is counted as the whole page.
